Boyer received his Bachelor’s from the University of Florida School of Building Construction and has over 30 years of development, construction, and business experience, including Boyer Building Corporation, which he founded in 2002.  His reputation for collaborating creatively with clients and completing projects on time and under budget are the cornerstones of his success and have enabled Gary to launch 429 Corp as a premier Central Florida developer.

Communication is the key….  Mark has been communicating with customers and companies for over 40 years in a wide array of professional settings.

Prior to real estate, media was his focus for 30+ years. Serving both in the radio and television mediums. Mark has successfully worked in Sales & Marketing, production, as well as on-air talent for the radio network of the NBA’s Orlando Magic. Taking this real -world business experience, easy going manner and transitioning to the world of real estate and business development has been a smooth transition. Understanding people from all walks of life and having a solid instinct to create successful business opportunities is where he excels.
